Option One:

You can flag my emails as important:

1. **Gmail:**
– Open the email you want to mark as important.
– Click on the “More” icon (represented by three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the email window.
– Click on “Mark as important” from the dropdown menu.

Alternatively, Gmail uses an automatic importance marker, which can be manually adjusted:
– In your inbox, locate the email you want to mark as important.
– Look for a marker on the left of the email subject line. If it’s filled in, it means Gmail has already marked it as important.
– If the marker isn’t filled in, click on it to mark the email as important.

2. **Outlook:**
– Open the email you want to mark as important.
– In the Home tab in the Tags group, click on the “Importance: High” button (which looks like an exclamation point).

Or in your inbox:
– Right-click on the email you want to mark as important.
– From the drop-down menu, select “Mark as Read” or “Mark as Unread”.
– Click “Flag” to flag the email as important.

3. **Apple Mail:**
– Open the email you want to mark as important.
– Click on the “Flag” icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
– You can choose from different color flags, if you want to organize your emails by different levels of importance.

– Click “Create filter”.
– In the box labeled “When a message arrives that matches this search”, tick the box “Never send it to Spam”.
– Click “Create filter”.

2. **Outlook (Web version):**
– Click on the “Settings” gear icon in the top-right corner.
– Scroll down and click “View all Outlook settings”.
– Click on “Mail” and then “Junk email”.
– In the “Safe senders and domains” section, enter the email address you wish to whitelist.
– Click “Add” and then “Save”.

3. **Apple Mail:**
– Click on “Mail” from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
– Select “Preferences”.
– Navigate to the “Rules” tab.
– Click “Add Rule”.

– Set the conditions to “From” “Contains”.
– Enter the email address you wish to whitelist in the text field beside “Contains”.
– Under “Perform the following actions”, select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the dropdown menus.
– Click “OK” to save the rule.
